that should be easy then, we have a lot of deadweight to sell. If this is the squad we're going to the premier league with, i guess we're content with a 3-4th place finish at most.

If we pull off Mahrez and Koulibaly, we would be title contenders for sure.

My two cents: I'm not going to have high expectations this season at all, especially with our lack of reinforcements, particularly in the backline. We're essentially going into the season with the exact same back 4 roster as last year and we all know how disastrous that was. The lot of you saying that our current backline is fine are just clueless. Our games against RM and Bremen was a clear indication of how frail it still is. Even the game against Liverpool was another indication but we were lucky that they didnt take their chances.

I hope the club can give Conte all the support he needs to do his job. even if it means bringing in more players. I'm tired of this managerial merry-go-around, and am hoping for some stability for once.

it was a really good win against one of our arch rivals in England. We bossed the midfield and Kante played really well. He made it easier for Cahill and Terry and overall a really really good signing for us so far.

if we can play like this all season, we might have something good going. Fab getting dropped was a good thing, time for him to buck up or sit out. I feel like we need another striker. I'm not too convinced with Batshuayi yet, and if we lose Costa to suspension (after that game, it looks quite possible that we will), we will look very light on attack.
