Penang isn't as congested as KL. According to my friend who travels around a lot he always says internet outside of KL is way faster. Aren't you lucky? Ahahah

My download is stuck at 15% ever since I background d/led it

oh ya.. my opinion for Halo 3 Beta... well the graphics is not as good as i expected but it's better than Halo 2 for sure and with all the new equipments available now.. FUN!! who cares abt the graphics? IT'S HALO!!

I actually found the Spartan Laser harder to use than it looked laugh.gif The charge time is annoying ahahah.

Anyway, after one game of FFA Slayer on Snowbound (which I won tongue.gif), here are my impressions:

- Graphics: It's still a beta, yet it looks awesome and feels so smooth/
- New weaponry: I love the new AR. Definitely much better than what it was in Halo 1. The new nades are also very nice. Spartan Laser is more balanced then I thought.
- New equipment: Bubble shield..... I love it. The power drain I still need to learn to use.
- Menu, lobby, matchmaking: This is what next gen is supposed to be.
- Save films: I haven't watched the replay of my first game yet so I still need to watch it tongue.gif

Overall this game feels like a dynamic fusion of Halo 1 and Halo 2 multiplayer - combining the best elements from both games into one. icon_rolleyes.gif

MK84 is the craziest Snowbound camper alive. He grabs the laser, active camo and camps by the turret. I have to admit your aim is pretty damn good. You lasered me from across the freaking map laugh.gif

Infection is probably the official version of the popular 'Zombies' gametype. InstaCover sounds like Bubble Shield. Map editor a returning feature from Halo 2?

Claymore nade sounds like the Trip Mine. But eh lots of that stuff sounds cool. Especially the vehicles. I've read another list on Xbox360Fanboy:

Plasma Turret is probably the Covenant version of the detachable minigun. Flamethrower might be possible. Covenant Gun Tower might be those super aggressive turrets on Snowbound. Smoke grenades would be interesting. As for the new medals, I think it's another kill 7 people and up within 4 seconds medals.
