halo3 ROOOCKS!! btw, u can party up with other ppl, such as ppl on yer frenz, n if u want to join or invite, u can only do so in the "lobby", which is kinda weird. i think it mite be better to have invites during games

Hehe tried the Spartan laser. This one really one shot one kill weapon. If you see someone holding one and it's pointing at you and it's glowing, dodge to the side quick!

That gatling gun on high ground is another killer. Once you grab it, the game switches to 3rd person view.

yeh, i love how it goes to 3rd person, n the gatling simply kicks butt =p

edit: i noticed that there's no lag when playing with foreigners, still get green or yellow bars. (GoW SUX red bars all the time!!!)

I actually found the Spartan Laser harder to use than it looked The charge time is annoying ahahah.

Anyway, after one game of FFA Slayer on Snowbound (which I won ), here are my impressions:

- Graphics: It's still a beta, yet it looks awesome and feels so smooth/
- New weaponry: I love the new AR. Definitely much better than what it was in Halo 1. The new nades are also very nice. Spartan Laser is more balanced then I thought.
- New equipment: Bubble shield..... I love it. The power drain I still need to learn to use.
- Menu, lobby, matchmaking: This is what next gen is supposed to be.
- Save films: I haven't watched the replay of my first game yet so I still need to watch it

Overall this game feels like a dynamic fusion of Halo 1 and Halo 2 multiplayer - combining the best elements from both games into one.

dude, try uploading the film to the server or something, so we can watch it as well. i sux so bad in halo, so must learn from others.

The new spike grenade is pretty cool~ I manage to tag people one time with it

Ok.. guys.. time to be mindful of all the cheap 2nd hand 360s that are going to pop out all over the wood work now!

Anyway my thoughts after managing to get two rounds of Halo 3 in last night.
- I need to remember not to press X to reload
- I need to remember not to press the right thumbstick to jump
- I need to remember to press the DPad before screaming "Look out, behind you!!!" (I hate that!! time to file a bug report!)

Exactly!!! I think all ex-halo players will be like pressing X non-stop
