You cannot predict this one.Sometimes your Prime95 will fail eventhough you're on stock/default settings.For me most of the time it is caused by the memory incompatiblility or problems with memory settings eventhough on default settings.There is also alot of possibilities that the prime95 will fail because of any other hardwares problem.
