I had been waking up at 5 every morning since last week, it had been great. I had so much extra time to prepare myself to work. I also manage to read as there are no distractions from group chats, emails.
However, I feel very tired at night and go to bed by 11pm, Used to be 1am
On the other hand, I won't waste time on dramas and reddit at night anymore
Hopefully I can continue with this habit.
