Usually after restart it's okay. Mine few times also like this when newly added google account to play store.

before MM can use when unlocking the device? it's after unlock the phone. for example when you are in youtube app, just touch the home button, no need to press to go to home.

unlocking the phone of course cannot. because it will eat more battery coz everytime need to monitor the touch sensitivity.

I totally forgot about it when my S6e suddenly act strange and refused to accept my fingerprints. To make matter worse, I also forgot my google password. It was not until I came across a forum which mentioned it and it totally save my day. I think every new Samsung user should setup one.

Anyone have some defect with the phone? Like scratch/little dent?
Just realized mine after taking it back home. Quick look when at the store yesterday seems all okay but when it reflect, I can see some small dents.
If scratch I can forgive but dents ..

I straight check my phones after I read someone here changed his at the store yesterday. Unlucky for me. Thought new & sealed box should be 99.9% perfect.

I sent my phone to Samsung SC will get it on Monday it's only open for Mon-Fri. If weekdays I can get my phone half day to 1 day only.

need manually download if someone send you attachment.

If you ask not to put incoming whatsapp pictures to gallery then I don't think there is a way

That's it. If I remember it correctly, last time some people also have issue with this because of the restore from different phone.

Why don't you try setup as a new phone.
I'm never restored unless it's a same phone model.

What data you transfer?
If it's contact, you can save them to google contact. Double check it online (browser) if all's there.

Then can reset and setup as new phone.


If whatsapp, there is PC software can save all chat logs.
But not sure can be restore to android app or not.
