How do i then utilise these "Points"?

Can I convert these points to cash or credit?

Bcard pts are awarded by Lazada not shopback.

If you look at your "My cashback Information" page, you can see 6 columns, the 5th column from the left is for "Points". Was wondering what these points are for...

For shopback there is 2 type of account.

1. Conventional account which only award cashback
2. Bcard account with link bcard.shopback.my which only award bcard point but removed and become shopback.my/bcards which award bcard +cashback

When you sign up, there is a field to enter bcard information. Each time when there is cashback, it will be awarded with bcard point also.

So i can confirm its bcard point.

Looking to buy a smartphone, ive narrowed it down to these two :-

You may also consider Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, Meizu M2 Note, Meizu M1 Note or the now damn cheap Meizu MX4 32GB version.
Less known are Huawei Honor 6, around the same price with Honor 5X.
In between, there is Lenovo A7000 Plus, Lenovo P1m.

Are we then getting double bcard points - from lazada & from shopback?

I cant really confirm for this as i never try it.. but logically yes.. as previously we can even enter Tune big card to earn point

Am waiting lazada call me to return the item.. What u guys would do if they call for top up or return the item....

I can confirm you yes. I did this since last March when I open a shopback account link with bcard.. By the way, now I more concentrate on shopback acc that linked with airasiabig point. More useful for me.

I tried to topup hotlink. When time to make payment via online banking, I keep getting error.

If your account do not have the Bcard field .. you got no choice but to sign up a new account

It can even the account do not have the field? I asked Shopback CS and they ask me to create new account instead

Hmm, just scroll thru my account setting and found this field, not sure you guys have this filed or not.. this is the place where I key in my bcard number.. by the way, CS update my bcard number for me though..
