For every cashback earned in shopback.my, there are points awarded.

How do i then utilise these "Points"?

Can I convert these points to cash or credit?

Bcard pts are awarded by Lazada not shopback.

If you look at your "My cashback Information" page, you can see 6 columns, the 5th column from the left is for "Points". Was wondering what these points are for...

Are we then getting double bcard points - from lazada & from shopback?

Vouchers are applicable ONLY on the Lazada APP.

Voucher BD20xxxxxx = RM20 min purchase RM150

Voucher BD10xxxxxx = 10% discount, max discount of RM50

There was a Voucher BD15xxxxxx = 15% discount, max [don't know] but it's missing now...

Not using them as the current ones have better discounts - MARAPP20, HAPPY20 & APPY25100.

I used app to buy at almost midnight last night but didn't get the cashback. wrote to shopback this morn thru FB msg & voila, got it minutes after i msg them! so do msg them.

check your click history - if it's recorded there, contact shopback.

maybe it's time to merge all online shopping as "GEMFIVE 11STREET QOO10 ZALORA ENSOGO TAOBAO EBAY LAZADA SHOPEE, ETC..." cos

1. lazada thread is thinning out
2. it's easier to seek answers to buy and from which seller
3. cross-overs from one thread to the other can be confusing...

I suggest to include [LAZADA] at the beginning of the post if one is seeking response for LAZADA queries; likewise, it can be [GEMFIVE], or [11STREET], or [QOO10], or [ZALORA], or [ENSOGO], or [TAOBAO], or [EBAY].

for general queries, use [GENERAL].

gem5 is also bunched with 11STREET QOO10 ZALORA ENSOGO TAOBAO EBAY. luckily gem5's the most active there - easy to find...

if the others come alive, gem5 posts will be lost too...
