Anyway many seremban ppl invested heavily in SEH. Many Seremban ppl sees it as an upgrade. 😆😆😆
My sinkalan sources also told me that some units transacted at snp price 520k but actual purchase price is 465k. Don't shoot me. I disclaimer that my sources is sinkalan ady 😆😆😆

Seems today we are getting a lot of empty & irrelevant talks from the critics. We do appreciate accurate info sharing, constructive ideas & suggestions, meaningful discussions to help us make better decision in our property buying/investing journey. But alas, that's life & we can't avoid the truth of a township in a free open forum. Well truth hurts at times.
Bro Harpartist, u have contributed & done well for the Kajang/Sg Long/Semenyih community. Hope u won't be distracted by criticism. Remember the only taste of success some ppl get, is taking a bite out of u. Also remember that in every game audience make the most noise not the players.
