Not many people move in yet. It will be 3 months lead time when you see unifi folks do testing at ecohill before unifi is available. As of now, haven't spot unifi testing yet.

Owner can use celcom or maxis broadband till unifi appear. I still think it should be around next year although I wish it can be sooner unless the precint can achieve 50% occupancy.

I see, thanks for the info. So based on that, it should be at least another 6 months or so until Unifi even considers setting up in Ecohill? Because even now the occupancy is very sparse, lots of vacant houses.

That's quite normal, no matter how good the township planning is done, still need sufficient time to get the population up in order to create vibrancy.

5yrs already optimistic. Take it as 5 to 10years to be safe.it will take time for ppls to know this place.

5 years haha.. good one.. I said d same during eco hill launching back in 2013... 7 years ba

by 5 years even d cheapest spec in eco hill 400k to 450k will burn 2400 monthly

2400 x 12 months x 5 years..144k minimum gone.. plus etc easily 160k..

if prop bought 400k to 450k.. need to sell at least 560k to 620k.. interest also havent calculate..

now launching SEH 2.. built and sell sumore 10% rebate.. throwing price di.

Hmm.. I m not sure too launch di or not.. I saw it via banners along cheras kajang highway.. 10% rebate.. built and sell.. complete only pay 90%.. seh 2..

Rent is cheaper than buy now.
Consider loan rm 500k, interest pay to bank every month is around rm 2k.
Rent is rm 1k only (based on puchong landed terrace), every month save 1k with flexibility to move.

1k is good rental rate..... early....i help rent out Rm900.... rate slowly up...... with less desperate owners.
