Dear Sg Long members, heard from an agent that there will be a new launch in Sg Long end of this year? 40 acres land, near Palmwalk, priced approx 600k for a terrace house.

Is this reliable and genuine ?

Guys, is Taman Ikhlas Sungai Long a good development? I observed the price is quite affordable compared to others, any reasons for that?
Is the built quality comparable to SHL Palmwalk and Bukit Sungai Long?
