Almost one year from my post on 20/5/2015, let see the progress

1) UTAR new campus (confirmed)--------------------------------already open in June 2015
2) SRJK © Bandar Sungai Long (confirmed)---------------------shall be open on 21 March 2016 ie few days from now!
3) Access road-Bukit Sungai & Silk Highway-------------------- should be open this week if my source don't bluff me biggrin.gif

Compared to other area, Sg Long & BMC in fact not much big scale new housing projects going on still can blow water until version 5 really can give ourself a LIKE thumbup.gif

overdue events finally around the corner laugh.gif congrats everyone for waiting haha. any news whats going to happen to aeon bmc?

i heard there is still capacity in utar for at least another 5k students when the other kl branches are closed. and they are looking for a place for medical faculty wink.gif

Will NSK come in as suggested by Daniel?

Been to NSK Kuchai Lama recently their price really cheap, pasar pagi can't compete.
But Mahkota Mall not big enough hope it will not end up like NSK Balakong..

Eh..NSK in Tmn Bukit Anggerik also not that bad, but a bit small to pull crowd, maybe as neighbourhood mall is ok.

Don't think NSK will come or reno and banner would have been up. If NSK comes, Aeon BMC under more pressure.. bye.gif

The hottest news in BMC is the license renewal of the quarry just next to Mahkota Garden & Mahkota Residence.
There is protest at Persiaran Mahkota 1 on 17/4/2015, not sure how many will turn up.
