You want to "manufacture" spending. So you can get the points. Especially MBB does not give points towards ewallet.
So what do you do? You "spend" with a method that gives you point into a place that allows you to withdraw it back to your bank account. Rinse and repeat. A lot of points and airmiles. Or cashback if you wish.
1. Link MBB Amex Reserves to FavePay
2. Use FavePay to pay into your iimmpact account with a 2.39% charge
3. Deposit the money in your iimmpact account to SSPN account
4. Withdraw from SSPN to your bank account.
You can pay back your bank account 21 days after statement. Basically the payment is deferred more than a month so you never have to pay interest on it.
Method is proven since 2020 with some doing millions in a year. Worse comes to worse is LHDN ask for your SSPN statement. No action was ever documented from SSPN.

I dont think this card is worth paying the rm800 annual fees despite having one of the better conversion rates. Should concentrate the spending onto the 2 cards and aim for the 80k annual spend.

If you cannot get the annual fees waives its generally not worth it.

Imagine if you spend about RM60k per year (lets assume half on Visa and half on Amex, although in reality Amex are less accepted), you will get about 30k miles

You may be able to get a round trip economy ticket to taiwan/hongkong etc and you would have to pay taxes and fees, plus the RM800 annual fees. In the end it does not make sense, and also your travel date will be limited compared to outright purchase of revenue ticket which should be around rm1k+

since first year is free, you may used it to the fullness and cancel it before the statement date
