No any special trick, all by luck, i believe their system allow this trasfer, only problem is the officer willing to do it or not. Anyone intend to do so can try to call. |

Just managed to redeemed SIA Business saver SIN-SEOUL return for me and my gf.
However i realized SIN-SEOUL aircraft is Boeing 777-300ER with SIA new business class come with full flat bed but return flight is Airbus A330-300 which is old school business class seat. The different is huge from the picture Any way to see what is the aircraft for this flight before redeemed? |

QUOTE(bearbear @ Nov 9 2017, 12:52 AM) ask for CL limit increase, if they granted you more than what you pledge then you can subsequently ask if you can withdraw your FD as the CL.is based on your salary. My limit have double over the pass 2 years since I pledge the FD, the increase in CL is definitely much higher than the Pledge FD amount.they will then issue you a letter for FD withdrawal Dint receive any letter from them, do you know how is the exact procedure? Thanks |

QUOTE(limeuu @ Nov 8 2017, 11:56 PM) what do you mean your "credit limit had gone up"? Which means my CL have increase substantially after I pledged the FD, the increase in my CL is higher than my pledged FD amount.i have asked this before, since i pledged for my wife when their requirement was 180k....now it's 120k below her income.....but they say can only remove if cancel the card, and then reapply.... Doesn’t make sense for me to cancel and reapply as I will lost my TP At the end how do you managed to withdrawal the pledged FD? Cancel and reaply? Thanks |

QUOTE(CSS @ Aug 26 2017, 03:35 PM) Anyone used this card to pay for Maybank Gold Investment Account (MGIA)? Could be a good way to achieve the AF waiver limit (you still keep your money but in gold). We can use credit card to buy gold in Maybank? I ask before in JB main but they say cant, only certain branch can do it |

QUOTE(bearbear @ Nov 9 2017, 09:56 AM) i emailed them last week and they took about 3 days to approved. Now waiting branch to retrieve my original FD cert from strong room, will contacted me once is ready to withdraw.Weird thing about this is they did not reduce my CL, i called to check with the officer and she also cant give me a definite answer, just told me card centre dint adjust my CL and she confirmed that the FD is already detached from the card. See how it goes after i withdraw the FD. For those who looking to withdraw FD pledged, here is the step. briefly write down the background on your situation(withdraw and cancel card or withdraw but remain card), attach the offer letter, photocopy FD cert and latest income docs and email to them. call after 3 days and check for the status, do make sure you call during working hour as they need to check with card centre back office, after working hour they cant check status for you on the spot. |

QUOTE(cooldownguy86 @ Nov 19 2017, 10:00 PM) Does anyone know if the 5x complimentary lounge access limit is calculated on a calendar year basis or card annum basis? E.g. If i get my card in Dec17 and access the lounges 5x in the same month, do I still get 5x complimentary in 2018? If im not wrong is card annum basis, 5x from dec2017 to dec 2018 for your case |

I currently holding MU VI and Sunday too excited go and apply 2 card premier in M2u, received rejected sms and email after couple of hours.
Monday receive another sms mentioned card is approved and this morning already saw this card in m2u pending activation. Abit regret to add on this card as if I want to hit 80k spending, I will need to charge all my online purchase to this card which give me bad fx rates, I do a comparison, is about RM80 more per month if I charged all the transaction to 2 card premier instead of ambank WMC. Will probably use 2 card premier for a year and cancel when annual fees kick in, not sure will this affect my reputation in Maybank? I do have 2 card premier 2 years back and cancel after 1 year. This is the second time that I hold this card This post has been edited by terence_say: Nov 21 2017, 11:25 AM |

QUOTE(herc @ Nov 21 2017, 04:10 PM) mind to share with us which online transaction/merchant earn u 5x from Ambank WMC? Taobao and tmall transaction.I read from the other thread regarding cc forex rate, aint Maybank VI charge 1% (Amex 2.5%), n Ambank WMC is 1%? What make it better than Maybank VI? I do a same day comparison, Maybank VI give me 1RM - 1.508RMB while WMC conversion rate is 1RM - 1.55RMB That is huge different and Ambank WMC is well known on their best Fx rate so far for malaysia card |
