u must register ur visa infinite through the visa fast track website den start booking frm the hilton honor website/app.
after registration must complete the 2 stays within 90 days.
once ur account update with 2 stays , it will automatically upgrade ur member to gold tier.

I could not find any card will give reward point for FPX transaction

u can pay during Man U matches, and since it is a local Hilton stay, a two night won’t bring u much extra point with an amex either
