This topic is getting very toxic and abused. Strongly suggest mod to nuke this page.
Seriously, get your withdrawal and personal fight topic out from here |

QUOTE(alextan333 @ Apr 4 2019, 01:45 AM) Had anyone tried using Maybank Amex Concierge or Amex Platinum Concierge? I just emailed both of them. Wanted to buy a laptop from Lenovo US as they are having 30% discount. Keep us posted on this. I wonder how much charges will incur on thisThe laptop need to be shipped to US address then courier to me .. Let's see if concierge can do this |

i only track those MU matches only since it is known as manual add up by mbb ops team. The rest will assume it is taken care by 'MBB system'

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Apr 27 2019, 07:17 PM) Hi guys, quick questions re TPs for Amex Reserve. I just swiped RM30k as partial payment for a piano under the 36 month instalment scheme. I understand that this should give me only 1x TP but wanted to clarify below: 1. All I remember there will be no TP rewarded for easy payment scheme under the bank. Unless the instalment is with the piano supplier1. Does anyone know whether the TPs come in one shot (i.e. 30k) or together with each instalment? 2. For the RM80k annual spending requirement, will this purchase be regarded as RM30k spend today, or over the 36 months? Thanks in advance for clarifying. I've never used EZYPay before and was so happy to be able to spread it over 36 months 2. Not sure, but I guess it will not be spread if it is under MBB instalment since it eaten up your credit limit. |

QUOTE(msa9696 @ May 4 2019, 12:23 AM) I do think Maybank cs is good, at least when we compare to Malaysian standard, if want to compare to other countries like Japan etc, then of course we're still far from perfect. Out of 10 customer service experience from different industry/companies, at least 7-8 are terrible. The premier line will pick up your call in 1-2 ringer tone, and often follow up is made within 30 minsAnyway, I encountered once, only once, when I called the cs wished me happy belated birthday, that's at least something from Maybank, or I would say from this staff who took the effort to wish Their follow up has also been good, ie when they say they check something and will call back, they have never failed to follow up By far most pleasant Cs call I have, Even foreigner bank can't compete with them. |

QUOTE(charlesj @ May 24 2019, 07:53 AM) SQ 92k business saver to Europe. 92k for 1 way or return? i am constantly getting 184k for business saver to europe from KFChoose a night flight and sleep all the way then. Most of the people here can afford j, else not worth playing air miles. Once you learnt about j, f is just an upgrade. |

QUOTE(limeuu @ Jun 17 2019, 02:22 PM) I think fave still ok, it's not e-wallet, but a payment channel, and payment from credit cards on usage..... That's depending on how they categorise favpay though.. But Maybank is rather vague about this..... Fintech is really muddying the waters.... MBB just in time to end the game before next EPL Literally MBB: End Game |
