maybe out of topic , but im using amex reserve & visa infinite for top-up,
contact boost support also cannot gv me a solution. anyone's face this problem before ? my wife account cannot key in amount in boost. she using own supplementary card. tried both amex reserve n VI also unable add amount to boost. left picture is my own account , right picture my wife account , cannot key in anything , onlycan view the card detail. there is a trick for those owned M2P and Standalone VI to bring a guest visit PPL together.
have been refused few times before when visit together , coz they not allowed using same bank for 2 visitor. finally found a small trick to enter now  Make 2 copies of card holder boarding pass. i ask my wife visit using my boarding pass , den i walk around at outside , after 10 min , den my turn to visit again.
