Can anyone confirm that M2P Visa by default is MU VS now? And not required to pay 2X RM800 annual fee nor separate 2X RM80k minimum spending for AF waiver?

Oh wow. I don’t see any reason for anyone to choose the standard VI then. They might as well give the same benefits of the MU VI to the standard VI.

Some in the group say that amex reserve is platinum equivalent but I think it should be more than platinum because the maybank 2 platinum provides amex platinum, so amex reserve should be a level higher than amex platinum? Plus the card is in black, shouldn't it be considered as one of the centurion level card?

1. For govt related transactions eligible to earn Treat Points right?
2. Using credit card the website charges 0.8%. Is it still worth it to use AMEX 2 cards Premier?
3. Using AMEX 2 cards Premier there is no limit to Treat Points earned right?

Is it true 5x TP for all local spending? I suppose the exceptions for utilities, insurance, education still apply.

Thanks for the link Chiahau but not much info on the card benefit? The rest of the things mentioned are just glitter, nothing else. I happen to be a private wealth client for a number of years but maybe because my aum doesn't reach USD1Mio magic number they left me out. I try and cucuk my RM and see if she can pull some strings. If its true 5x on all local spend it is worth the effort. Don't u just hate it when you purchase a big ticket item and they say sorry we dont accept amex?! 

I know, that’s why I found it hard to believe since unlimited access + 1-2 guests to Amex lounge is reserved to Amex Centurian cards level.
