i thought this pre-authorized amount is only applicable to debit card....
in fact i never receive sms from bank when i used the card to pump petrol

What should I do if I got my bill now with 14 digits account number where TNB is going to change it to 12 digits and take effects after 19Jul.

Now the system is down and you can't pay the 14 digits account. After 19Jul, you are expected to pay with the new 12 digits account number. But I only have the old 14 digits, how?

Funny thing is, I recently flew to BKK and spent almost 10k on my MBB card and yet it was not blocked despite the fact that I did not inform them I was travelling

I was told by a friend who was heading to Korea last week that he was told the same thing. All cards are now enabled to be used overseas without the need to call in to inform.

I just checked out my M2U app and when I tapped on my "Cards" account, it shows "Pending New Card Activation" for all my Maybank CC. Is it everyone also have it? Or my new replacement cards were already out? If it is latter, I will need to call their CS to check about this...

No such notice though if I log in via M2U desktop browser.

I got it already, all together in 1 package including supplementary cards.

Hi all. Need a help here. Planning to buy a moped for around RM 7000. My current CC limit is RM 5000.

The shop offers Ezypay. My question is whether is it possible for me to pay a deposit of RM2000 and pay the remaining by using Ezypay?

Are you saying the spending in weekend with cash back 5% using m2c Amex is no more?

Has anybody tried calling their CS recently? My colleague has been trying to call them every day for a week and lines are still busy...She has tried the VS/Plat hotline and also general CS hotline. I also helped her to call VS/Plat and was put waiting for so long until I gave up. Then switched to general CS and the recorded IVR said high calls volume and asked to call back again then hung up.

In the end, I gave her Maybank email address and she sent them an email instead. I have never encountered this though. Usually when I call the VS/Plat line, it only put me on hold max 3-5 minutes and will be answered by CS.

Terrible service...
