Lets say i own a low cost apartment in a busy street in KL. The place is very poorly maintained and stayed by a lot of labors. Environment is not suitable and safe for family, so I would like to rent it for labors. May I know is it recommended to hire someone else to collect the rental from me? Whats the usual rate of rental collection here in Malaysia? Is it worth paying them the extra to keep myself safe from being robbed while collecting rental myself?

Under normal circumstances with minimal risk, the charges usually are about 10% of the monthly rent if above 2K or 20% if below 2K unless otherwise stated.
