cant open facebook with maxis, others can open but not facebook

Hotlink,why cant browser other website except fb and Youtube now even after i purchase 1gb monster promo..,and im using my hp as wifi hotspot..Before I nver facing this kind of problem and i can surf internet normally.But now only can open both fb and youtube.Please pm me hotlink..
