I've been using hangphone since 1990s...
Telcos are all the same, the more loyal you are, the more neglected you'll be. And even you ask for special newer packages that new subcribers are getting, you say to you yours cannot unless apply new line.
But when you wanna cancel the line, they offer you this and that....same like credit cardlah.
Its nothing new. And most of this kinda business are doing it...not only maxis....
They are teaching you ....LOUYAHTY SUCKS
