not phone postpaid but maxis fiber:

when they start maxis fiber 4 years ago it was RM 118/month for 10Mbps.

I enjoy constant 1MB/s download rate for 3+years, until mid 2015 my speed was throttled half!! 500KB/s.

called cs and all, they say no problem and system doesnt show anything.

after all they cant tell my they reduce but i am very well aware that my usage per month is more than 10GB download.

not that i have many options, RM 118/mth for fiber at 500KB/s is still cheaper than streamyx at RM 145/mth.
