Maxis kuat kuat squeeze customers, my friend wanted to terminate his portable WiFi after 7months. The service center insisted contract period is 12 months according to their system and he needs to pay penalty.

Luckily kept the original receipt and agreement states no lock in period.... Maxis don't even keep proper records... ranting.gif
