Its always this case.

Marketing have KPI of "attracting new customer". They dont have a KPI of "retaining customer".

Hence they rather you GTFO so they have a bigger pool of "new customer" to attract later.

Notice how Credit Cards would give u freebies to get you to sign up... but if you are a loyal customer for 10 yrs? No fck is given
