Guys, certain keys of my blue switch no longer have clicking sound, sounds just like red/black switches now. Help!
What I did today was open up the whole thing because I spilled milo on it but there's no electrical damage FYI, it's still usable but keys like F7, left CTRL, N, numpad period and numpad Enter, tilde key, volume up are in this condition.
It's a Ducky 1508S.
Edit: cleaned the affected switches inside out with water and then blew it with compressed air. The key clicks again but any tips to prevent any long term damage by the spilled milo? e.g rust, or anything

Guys, if my DUCKY ONE 1508S keyboard only 7 1/2 months old can get 1-1 exchange or not?
caps lock LED gone, B key LED also gone. wtf? The quality so bad one? I thought Ducky is one of the better brands out there.

Doubt Heavy Arms is open today. one more problem is that my kb's warranty sticker (that covers the screw) koyak already due to daily use (carrying to and fro office). not sure if they will still accept or not This post has been edited by patienceGNR: Sep 16 2016, 05:35 PM
