hi all... anyone here using Corsair Strafe Silent? Just trying to understand the tactile feedback definition here. Do you consider corsair strafe silent having a tactile feedback ? i just bought the strafe silent and i think i prefer the brown switch feeling more, but i need silent as i will be using in room at night so not wanting to those sleeping...

Just drag your mouse and select all the keys... and then assign color... Or you can click on individual keys and assign color.... Using the CUE software right? QUOTE(kianweic @ Sep 3 2016, 11:00 PM) Just tested out the Corsair K70 RGB Lux, quite a big keyboard. I am having trouble just setting the lights to a single colour and static lighting only. Will learn to use the software again later.

Then your option will be narrowed down to only brown switch or silent switch like the one I am using now... silent and can use at night in room even if someone else is sleeping... interesting...i thought red switch is pretty loud...that is why i end up getting the Corsair RGB silent switch version, anyway, for silent version, i think you can only get the Corsair RGB silent switch...unless other manufacturer already started to release keyboard with silent switches as well... thanks. QUOTE(Hantu641 @ Nov 13 2016, 08:41 PM) thanks, went to Impulse Gaming at Sunway and test brown, blue and red. blue switch give like double click sound, brown is still quite loud and red almost no sound. i like the red switch but easy to get typo problem. Now i want to find the silent switch. Thank you for suggestion.

Someone commented this: Ah, so the official name is "Cherry MX Silent Red" but Diatec (Filco) decided to call them "Cherry MX Pink". But I have seen another guy mentioned this Pink version could be an improved version of the Cherry MX Red silent version.... Best is you go try it out... no tactile feeling... at first I wanted something like brown switch type when I test at shop but on second thought this red mx silent switch is smooth and linear and kinda good for gaming ...which is like 70 or 80% of my keyboard usage as I hardly type a lot now except for forums... Good luck but whatever it is your choice... i think mech keyboard is good... QUOTE(irsyadfy @ Nov 13 2016, 10:01 PM) FILCO got thiscredit to GH
