Never heard that the mechanical keyboard ease stress from the muscle. Only way to relieve the stress is to reduce the time spent in front of the computer and get more rest.

If you spend a lot of time in front of the computer, do take note of carpal tunnel syndrome. Some gamers have it if they spend too much time playing.
