guys need some suggestion, backstory I am unsatisfied of typing into the laptop keyboard at office while using mk at home, so i am planning to buy mk for office use, problem being my colleague dislike loud key clicking sound (meaning mx blue), so I noticed corsair cherry silent is around the market so here comes the question: should I just buy a normal mk and stick some o-ring or the corsair keyboard (budget is not the main question here btw)

QUOTE(quovadis123 @ Oct 26 2016, 01:15 PM) I think Topre, you can try in Ultimate Zone. However, for Topre, Malaysia do not have any distributor. So, all Topre boards mainly are imported from japan and sell here. Don't expect it will be cheap. For, Filco, perhaps hard to find already. Almost no dealer for this brand. yes i am aware of the price after richard recommend me to take topre, and it's bcoz of the high price tag hence i want to try beforehand to make sure i have no regrets later on. On the web there are ppl who likes filco more than topre after they used both so i am curious and want to tryout to see which 1 i would like more

QUOTE(chesterchek @ Nov 2 2016, 12:16 PM) Hi all sifus, Im currently looking for a way to quiet my mech keyboard (cherry mx red), then I found o-rings mod, but there are many types of o-rings available with different weights and softness/hardness. So my question here: Are different type of o-rings give a different result? Is there the best o-ring to silent my keyboard? or any type of o-ring should do the job? Thanks try asking it in the fb group..more active discussion thr https://www.facebook.com/groups/MalaysiaMechanicalKeyboard/*off topic* are you the kaganyan on OSU?

QUOTE(kianweic @ Nov 7 2016, 02:50 PM) Looks better than mine. Mine is entirely black with barely visible fonts. I use it mainly for in the office. eh probably because diff version having grey keycap makes it looks not so plain i guess
