Sorry late reply..so far not much news..I haven't gone and see the site yet recently..

Haven't heard anything from the agent or developer as of today..gonna check with all parties tomorrow

Yesterday I call Villa Avenue office want to ask when s&p document will we ready..talk to Ms.Chong. She sound like want to marah2 said she will check and call me back, then terus letak phone. When she call me back she said she justttttt submit my document, then next week her kerani will call me to sign s&p. Then she terus letak telephone. Huhu i now so worried on this developer. Im buyer here. tak boleh ker cakap elok2 skit..huhu..sorry guys my english teruk skit..bahasa rojak..

Their office somewhere near OKR..small office actually sweat.gif I have yet to call them to check on the status..but my dad drove past the area 2 weeks ago and saw got progress (no photo though)

I've yet to drive there myself =s

Maybe if you guys really want to make sure your final product is good. better make some noise on the BRC wire mesh used for the RC shear wall casting. Too Rusty. Normally should reject to use of need extensive wire scrubbing.

BRC in good condition should be "dark grey"

why rusty? because they did not store well and well covered.

yea... still gt new DSL below 500k at hillpark, saujana utama and future new development.... thats why when i saw IJM selling their condo for 300k at least... i was kinda shock.... haha.... not sure how well is their sales rate.... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif even this sentrovue i think around 250k++ when first launched.... blink.gif blink.gif

Hi guys. I managed to purchase a unit with sentrovue. I contacted the developer earlier today and was told that the apartment will be ready by August or September 2018. It is at 90%.

Take a magnet and test the window frame. It should be galvanized steel so the magnet should stick to it. If magnet stick, ask tell your neighbours all to either joint lawsuit or individually file housing tribunal for costs to replace and put in aluminium frame window. Aluminium don't attract magnet

The common corridor is cement render instead of tiles . The type of end product around common corridor is not mention in S&P .

Next , under S&P , the type of windows they mention was to use Aluminium Frame Window. But the completed unit , the second room using Aluminium Frame window , but the smaller room they used Louvre Window ( The common old property type ) . The developer keep claiming that the louvre window is aluminium frame but after checking with few civil contractor , they said no such thing .

Lastly , they are bloody changing the property name to Pangsapuri Vistasia .  My whole reason to purchase this property is due to it's SOHO title . I intend to use this address to register my business but i cant do it anymore .
What are the options i have  ? 

The whole place looks cheap . It looks like a bloody PPR apartment .

Changing the property name will not change the land title where your property is sitting on... if it's commercial title it is still a service apartment/SoHo and you will be paying commercial rates for your utilities.

Seems like got fight for this unit.
Unit sold at 235k yesterday.
Higher than last month reserve price. Last month can win unchallenged at 216k but people still wait for price to drop lower.

If you have the holding power, yes. If you looking for own stay, go for landed. Plenty of them in PA at reasonable price.
