based on my set, which is thorus, xiaomi malaysia confirmed local set. check the IMEI with MI online if you have doubt.

there are some unit still available at lazada, 11 street with RM898/899

if you can't wait or worry no more stock tomorrow, just buy it with discount coupon if you got. ( citibank can get RM30-35 off or other coupons). They stated clearly 100% original xiaomi malaysia set. You can know who is the seller as well there.

For the grey, from my view is when the phone front view is black, then you will feel the screen look like bigger. Other than that, from the back view, if you use phone case, no body know what color you are using, unless you don't like casing.

Still waiting my gold from G5-Gdex.

If you get Samsung panel then it's most likely yellowish. LG panel will be blueish.
