Yup, there is english and japan version, but i compared my with my friend, the wax is exactly same and same smile too
Actually wax using hand ok okey, but if u doing polishing then use machine better
If u wan very easy wax, i recommend Meguiars Ultimate Liquiq Wax, very damn easy to apply and wipe
*

Ok. Then I save the money and continue hand wax.

to me,
protective film felt more 'tangible' than coating, the thickness alone already tell you something.
just scare that if the adhesive used is low quality and failed after a few year under our hot climate, what will it do to the clear coat of the car when wanna remove it.
*
Ya, removing is the scary part, A real world case here

Guys,

any recomendation of coating that I can do at home? Currently using permanon, but the latest batch I got seem like the quality has deteriorate compare to previous batch.

Previously done on my Forte, the results was excellent, but now on my persona; the effect just so so. Water beading/shedding effect gone in just 2-3 weeks.

How about Gyeon Cure?

Did u prep the car beforehand? Clay/Polish/IPA wipe?

For DIY at home, can try Gyeon Cure or Carpro Cquartz.
*
Yes,

I did
wash using general kitchen detergent to remove any remaining wax, grease/oil
clay
wash again using meguiar shampoo
dry
and apply the Permanon.

What is ur budget first bro  biggrin.gif

1 thing i must let u know ah , 1 machine normally can't really polish out whole car , the best combo stil a MINI Rotary or Mini DA + a Large throw DA 8/15/21mm
if let me to choose again as a home detailer and i don mind the vibration  , i will get the 8mm DA anytime + a 3inch backing plate , so i will have 2 function in 1 machine , i believe alot will say 3inch backing plate on 8mm DA is even more vibrate , or 8mm DA is so louder compared to the rupes copy , but as a home detailer u won't polish car every day , u will only focus mostly ur car or ur family car , and i believe Full PAINT correction u will only do on your own car because if u doing for your parent car , they end up give bangla to wash and all the scratch and swirl will come back within a month , so it not a big deal seriously , unless u going professional which everyday need to hold and polish customer vehicle , then that different story  biggrin.gif  Parent car mostly just using AIO , go 1 pass then gao tim already  laugh.gif

this combo can cover almost 90-95% of your car  smile.gif
U must take note what blurcase sifu say , must must must check with them for the socket and 230v , returning the parcel isnt cheap , if really scare shit happen , spend more abit buy at local store will be best choice

Cool, thanks for explanation.
I am hoping to find one around 500.

If rm500 then u have to option for china machine, u plan to use it alone?

For my case, im actually sharing the machine half with my friend hehe, so we can afford 2 machine at the same time, because i wont be using it alone with every day correction, so now he joined me and we share half2 to detail our own car , sharing can save alot of money hehe
I think if u stay in KL, just go osren kepong i believe they can guide u and let u try the machine b4 u buy it, do pm them thru facebook OSREN , henry is super helpful person

Fantastic! I stay in Kepong too.

Folks,

When my car was park outside uncovered. Then after rain, water droplet dries, whenever u swipe ur finger over the car paint u will get a light black color oil stains like stuff on paint n finger, what is that?

Even if I have just washed the car before rain.

What's some cool hybrid coating/sealant with super hydrophobic effect?

Carpro Hydro2 lite
Carpro Reload
TAC system Mystic Water Repellent (MWR)
EZcarcare Fusion/Granite silica coating

Any recommended ones? Do we do the hydrophobic coating below or above normal carnauba waxing for better protection?

BTW my ceriglass has just arrived. Can't wait to try to polish on the long-waited water spots.
*
I tried the Duragloss Enviroment Shield, but for some reason the hydrophobic effect gone with in a week, worst than normal wax. Suspect the coating bonding process was not complete, but heck i tried two times... same results

1st time
1. wash
2. clay
3. polish 2 passes
4 IPA wipe down
5 apply coat

after 1 week, seeing the water sheeting on paint surface like no coating at all
2nd time
1. wash
2. use the squeky clean in the package to clean whole car surface.
3. wash
4. apply the coating again

Again within a week, the hydrophobic effect all gone.
