Looks nice.

Still enjoying the Armorall Extreme Shield Wax too.

It's quite a faff to buff off but the protection and water sheeting/beading it gives... Wow!

I still suspect you're doing it wrong... but you happy I happy... tongue.gif

Haha. Hmm, I followed the steps just that I didn't buff off right away and I use the cross hatch method on the applicator to spread the product.

Then after I spread the wax, I use damp towel to wipe off the product. biggrin.gif

I now suspect you just like to trigger me... hahaha laugh.gif

Hi everyone, back with another question:

What would happen if you dont rinse the soap water from the narrow gaps such as between the lamps, the door window mouldings, etc? Will it slowly eat away the paint and spoil the rubber?
*
no. but soapy water dissolve oil from other parts...when it dries it deposit scale and oil film...it will also attract dust/dirt... over time it can create a thick hard crud...

i think it's been said and i'll repeat again: years ago one would have never ever thought to benchmark anything against turtle... my god they have gone a long way that one, if not some of their products are being a market benchmark thumbup.gif

the ice range is when tw starts making inroads to enthusiasts...they had one or two competitive products against meguiars, etc...

That's why now they trying to improve their marketing over platforms like Lazada/Shopee to get general consumers to be more aware laugh.gif

Wow. Technically the Sonax BSD was one of the very first spray products I bought when I started rekindling my detailing hobby 2 years ago. Kinda like the scent too.

Not sure why I tend to use it sparingly compared to the HCW/S&S/Osren's HCS as well.

Maybe the price of RM150 makes it so sayang to use it like mad. brows.gif

nowadays prices all out of this world liao...

bsd used to be 60 or 80.... can't remember this so long ago lah...

but I do remember PG clay bars bought for 4.5... hahaha

And yes, F7 Fusso actually super geng in terms of water repellency but the effort needed... laugh.gif

PS: Where to get Dodo Juice products in Malaysia? Been seeing this brand on older UK mags and somehow not so popular here vs brands like Autoglym...
*
used too much fusso liao...

Btw what tire polish u guys use? I've tried Turtle Wax (no longer available), Meguairs and Osren.

Turtle Wax - super shiny but I think the chemicals is super strong coz it leaks through the plastic case. Maybe this is why it was discontinued.

Meguairs - shiny but if it rains, it's all gone. Not water repellant.

Osren - water repellant, lasts long but not shiny.

I like my tires matte...so just wash with fab or dishwashing liquid n let dry... laugh.gif

Is it really quiet?
*
pump makes lower pitch sound...maybe as loud as washing machine spin dry

all pumps will make sound so doesn't matter

"quiet" only as in no universal motor high pitch whine

if wanna wash car, best get other induction models with long lance that to easy take foan cannon

Hi all. This is my first post here in this thread. Im having a little bug splat problem as you can see in the photo.
Any advise what to do? Most bug remover strips wax. At least thats what i read. Any solutuon that does not involve reapplication of wax?

My current coting is as follow:

99 Fusso coat 12 month (march 2024)
Top with 99 mirror shine (may 2024)

Just to add, sometimes the only way to remove the splat is using my nail😅. I also try to use PG quick detailer (that i bought long time ago) but fail.

Im looking for something such as spray that u can just spray on it and wipe easily to remove without stripping the wax of course. Is there such thing? Thanks
*
no need to overthink... soak it a bit... wipe it off... clay it... gently use your nail... spot polish if needed... reapply fusso to the spots...
