How much is the anti rain coat bro? As i found soft99 ultra glaco is more durable than raimX , for the price 1 bottle can easily last u 3-4 year

If antirain isnt exp than i might give it a try
By the way u using the glaco or ultra glaco? Bcoz ultra glaco is reformula and my wife honda jazz already hit almost 10 month the coating stil there, but might not as strong as b4

Ultra Glaco, the black bottle. Sure it last longer than RainX, but to me, still not great enough. The price and it is usable for 3-4 car is very good for its pricing.

I have my parents car (2 cars here, both for business usage) coated with Ultra Glaco. Front windscreen (note: it's the wiper area) is starting to faded after 5th month, but not totally gone, coating is still there. Side windows are performing better. But I am thinking to remove it and re-coat for better repellent effect, will still use the Glaco. Considering the price of Glaco, it's like RM 12 per coat for the whole car, super cost effective. Best is, it doesn't judder as much as RainX. rclxm9.gif

AntiRain windows coating, cant really remember the price becoz the first time I bought together with watermarks remover. It's about RM 45 for the coating agent if not mistaken. Price is around the same with Ultra Glaco, but per bottle (10ML) it's only for 2 windscreen size. Lasted me more than a year and repellency is still top notch.

Guys anyone using turtle wax jet black tyre shine?

I saw some review saying it can maintain black for  few months without need to reapply on the tyre

I have doubt to buy this ; because i still have 2 bottles of mcquires ; supposed to be good but for me the shine lost just after couple days

Its orginal yah... bought at ace hardware

So some review would be useful

Did you wash the tyre side walls thoroughly before apply the tyre gel? To me, the Meg's endurance tire gel quite long lasting. probably 1 month plus + a few washing.. sometime I lazy to reapply I just wipe clean the surface and although the shine is lost, but it appears to be kind of matte black which looks good also.

Btw, the TWJB is coating type I guess since it can last so long. Make sure your really clean up your tires before apply it. Give us some review.. icon_idea.gif

I like a tire shine that doesn't leave splash spots or black soot on the side panels of the car after driving with the tire shine applied.  Meg's tire gel is durable but leaves splash/soot on the sides like most tire shines do.

So far I like Poliglaze's Tire Shine.  Pretty good durability without much soot residue overtime.

Splash /soot might be over application. I have no issue with this. thumbsup.gif

what's so special with this oxide off until you want to buy it from oversea? I have seen alot facebook ads for similar item (available in Malaysia) and effects after apply some liquid / lotion. I bet a few normal car washes then the effect will just gone..

Just like some kind of wax to me.. with fillers than give you impression "it's a magic" laugh.gif

update: Just a quick search. i'm not affiliate to the page. there are alot "brand" for this kind of stuff.

Depending on the size of area that u want to respray, I think u can shop around when it comes to respray prices. There are many cheap and expensive places to do it.

Alternatively, if u dont have the budget but still want to get it done urgently, u can always consider DIY respray. There are plenty of videos teaching on this also.

You are right bro. No budget, either save up, either DIY. Plenty of videos on youtube teaching how to prep and spray the car with just spray can.

I have no rm400+ budget to respray shakehead.gif

Just go any hardware shop and search for color and clear coats spray.

Recently I found out MY DIY (not MR DIY) selling Samurai's 2k clear coats for RM 30.
