not every project developer can afford to wait one fully sold before launching the next block.

there are many things happening behind the scene that we aren't aware of.

beside, once the 1st block take up rate hit 70% or more, its good to go with next launch.

problem is trion now barely able to touch 60% converted sales only... doesnt make sense to demolish the current sales gallery and launch second phase right... ?

During last weekend I drop-by their sales gallery saw the sales chart 90% sold and GT Agent also told me the same. I purposely drove to the site. Wow …… the construction is super-fast and the residential unit is up already.

Actually, i am one of the owner. I only hope it's fully\mostly sold as hope that the project will complete & after that got enough fund to pay monthly maintenance.

As i knew from my visit to Trion showroom, there is no available unit facing KL view. Still got number of number of units not sold facing sg besi side. Some mot sold also good for us as not too cramp when all move in as long as got enough tenants to supply monthly maintenance.

Don't need to argue on this numbers unless u have other motive in sabotage\selling the unit.  This forum is to talk on Trion development progress or issue if any. Thanks.

That's the thing i want to point out, nobody knows and record shows those data reflected there is severely delayed, but then some people religiously keep quoting them to push "certain" point..

not debating the point that the data is trustworth anot , but to quote severely delayed data without any disclaimer you are just trying to push your own agenda as well.. i am not siding the SA , just stating it outright

Mind if i ask what is the advantage for developer to submit the data to kpkt on time? i think not much ppl know about this website to check the sales data.

FYI, developer is required to submit every quarter of the year (every end of march, june, sept & dec) and for the "transparent data" i dont think we the public should actually be able to see it since kpkt website does not have the link to such sales report. This link directed to the sales report is probably for their internal use and not for public (which somebody found it probably by accident, bug or whatsover)
