Developer is supposed to submit report to kpkt regularly. how often and when developer did, you have to ask the developer.

between developer/sa sales number and kpkt data, kpkt data is proven more trust worthy.

sales data doesn't change daily or significantly weekly or monthly, how relevant is accurate and updated sales data? kpkt data is valid and sufficient for all intend and purpose.

Developer is supposed to report their sales data to kpkt as part of statutory requirements. Kpkt use this data to formulate housing policy and regulate developers.

Kpkt data is consistent with napic.
