 MNP from UMOBILE TO HOTLINK

Hi. I've approached Maxis centre KLCC for MNP from current umobile line to hotlink on 2/3/16.

According to the officer, i would receive SMS from umobile / hotlink on the matters above. Till to date i have not received any SMS or notification yet.

Could you please check it for me?

Do i need ro resubmit the form? As when i submitted the form, the officer asked me to purchase another sim card (another number) worth RM15 which I'm not using.
If i resubmit the application, do i need to pay again?
Or can hotlink CS contact the respective Department to resubmit my application?

Hi ForlornBrat,

There would be no additional charges incurred as the re-submission is for the same mobile number.

We would suggest that you walk into your preferred telco to do so.
