We wanna buy 1 unit also think think so long dunno got rental market or not. But developer launch thousands of unit confidently. What make them so confident of selling out all units? They not afraid of high unsold or high unsuccessful loan approval rate? What is it that developers know that we investors dont know?

Estimated prices psf ?
And I seriously doubt the approvals process for new developments - someone really needs to reevaluate the adequacy of public amenities (especially roads) relative to the expected local population. |

without new supply bj already struggling so bad. rental easily south of 1.5k.
