Hello Bukit Jalil. An established public-listed property developer will soon be planning a new residential development close to Bukit Jalil City and Bandar Kinrara (as marked by "P1"). The following has been planned:

Phase 1: 50-storey (612 units)
Phase 2: 47-storey (730 units)

PPA1M A: 46-storey (680 units)
PPA1M B: 46-storey (680 units)

Bj already kantoi with many clients cannot rent out....... with ppa1m...... gov servant move to ppa1m further worsen rental market.

Wishful thinker going no where lah !

Civil servant mostly stay in those PPR last time or somewhere else, the higher income one buying private project or govt bungalow lah !

Maybe next thing people will say DPC drop back to launch price.. KLCC condo RM 300K for 2000sf

Where is the location exactly? Is it in the heart of bukit jalil or neighbor (kinrara... puncak jalil etc).
