DVD player only played DVD format which is in MPEG2. So, no matter what, you gotta convert ur video into mpeg2 and burn it out b4 viewing them in ur DVD player.some DVD player in the market support, DIVX format (using AVI container, i think) now. If u have this kind of player, u can convert ur videos into DIVX format and view it wth the DIVX supported DVD player
