so thy call me and ask for payment on SUN 28/2. the whole conversation was like going to fight .
and the next day 29/2 i received this msg .
i make thy payment at 6.30pm 29/2 .
and thy visit my shop today , but they went to another branch .
so wtf with this RHB bank or debt collector ? it was late 8 days from the due date
legal to do this ?

Is it RHB or is it collection agency? If it's collection agency, are they appointed by RHB or are they independent agency?

Typically banks will call you to arrange for loan repayment. However, if a debt collector bought your debt from RHB... then tell them thank you for settling your loan.

Usually for site visitation will at least 120-180 days overdue.
But this 8 days I think paranoid ady.

Normally cc won't resort to this, the most is telephone reminder after 3 days.
Citibank lagi topkek, no reminders.just charge late interest the following month.

To be honest . I have no chance to owe until 2-3 months .after 1 week thy will call you , call until your phone explore , and msg u ccris , court or legal action will be take .but thise number thy msg is like 017-xxxxxxxx

Lol, personal loan one of the highest default rate. Heard over bfm, for every rm1 debt, recovery is about 80c. 20% bad debts.

Since your already owe 3 months, nama sure busuk. Hard to obtain future bank facilities.
