ok ceerita dia macam ini...



1. saya beli radio dari lazada untuk pasang di kancil saya

2. selesai wiring semua ok..bluetooth ok, speaker ok, usb je x ok..dia x detect (saya x kisah sgt sbb x pakai)

3. 2-3 hari slepas tu bila saya tutup switch kunci atau mat saleh panggil "ignition acc", radio x mati (sepatutnya mati). saya on off kunci, balik radio tu akhirnya off seperti sediakala

4. selepas selesai makan nasi kukus juna di jungle saya on balik kereta tapi radio dah tak hidup2, check fius semua ok

5. cari punya cari , radio tu akan hidup hanya apabila saya cabut 2-3 saat pastu pasang balik connecter wiring radio.

6. setiap kali saya tutup enjin tapi lupa off dulu radio dia akan stop berfungsi, dan saya kene ulang balik step 5 iaitu cabut pasang connector.

PERSOALANNYA : apakah penyebab insiden yang aneh ini?

if not mistaken this kind of radio only accept fat32. you try format to fat32 then try again.

Bad grounding?

check ur wiring, simple je, maybe the cables lose, if it does this when the car is shaking, this is very likely, if u want to debug further, try test and see if the cables itself are bad using a bulb (or something) to test while driving

how to know my grounding is good enuff or not?

loose is not problem becos i taped it with electrical tape. most pomen did det. for testing with bulb can u tell me how to do it. and must do it while driving?

put your hand on the battery terminal
one on positive and one on negative
and crank up the engine

i dont know actually, im just connecting radio connector on radio and on the car..

where black is grounding, im using original state of grounding, but my radio before this never had this problem..i changed it becos receiver antenna is starting to loose and i find nowhere is selling this stuff

Need to ask.... Im not clear bout ur issue ya haha, Speaker problem (head unit on, no sound keluar), head unit problem?(head unit keeps restarting) Or antenna problem ni?(audio keeps cutting off)

I'm assuming hu problem, now ur wiring Ade 2 ends, while the one at ur head unit is OK, the other side or middle could be rosak... Check ends and cable dulu, now if confirm bukan this.... Then u check head unit.... U can hookup to another power point or (this is getting dangerous now, u might damage stuff if u don't know what it doing) test using some other means.... (Pandai pandailah replicate the power hookup... If external hookup pin kenot, hu problem lah tu, maybe connection dalam hu rosak

Hmm. I guess need to double check the wiring, electrical tape if x tarik ketat2 can loose easy.
Even twisted cable if vibrate can terlepas.

Also, check back the wire that you spliced. Those if x twist ketat2 and betul2 can cause fault.

no, antenna is ori kancil radio..no sparepart for it then i bought new one

the new radio is ok for 2-3 days after installation..then starting to fail to boot after off engine..not everytime but 1/4 times was.. i must plug out then plug in back the connector to make it work again. all speaker and fucntion mostly functioning and never fail when it load..the only problem is after i turn off and on again ignition switch it fail to start .

persoalannya ini cadangan?

For usb not detct, old system only detect fat32.

as u can see the wire given plug is to plug in into radiooo asss..the wire mostly to connect to car (my car user 7 wire only, no power antenna etc)

send back to lazada while you still have warranty.
then buy proper head unit.

probelem is when check back it is stated : NO WARRANTY

biasa la barang china memang gini. aku tau sebab aku pun suka beli.
sekarang aku faham. baik tak merasa dari merasa barang yang hanya berfungsi kadang2.

Aku rasa ground tak betul. Aku punya pun kekadang cam tu. Finally when I got round to it, had to clean up the rust around the grounding. Baru ok.

NTFS tak boleh pakai kat situ. Format to FAT32.

look like you mess up the wiring to ignition and wiring to battery, there should be 3 power wire , one is to chassis should be connect permanent to car metal body to get negative (-); two Positive (+) 1. To ignition coil so when you turn key off radio is off. 2. To fuse, power direct from battery even your key pull out but your radio clock and memory still preserve because the power from this line are direct from battery.

try ground the (-) wire dont solder to the faktori koneksyun...and do some grounding la ur car...old car is good good to do grounding...dont buy those cheap fake hks/pivot/greddy/apexi/r3/trd grounding cable...u can diy using better wire la...bestest using 100% pure copper zero oxide cable...but ini my pendapat la...lain orang lain opinion...

wiring ko ada problem

i think wiring for 3 main wire already at its place..i once tried to change red and yellow wire and the result is radio always open nonstop even i dont put key on car..so i presume its already good, maybe grounding fault

so how much usually grounding cost ?
i have zero experience on thingy, so this one better lets the pomen do de job

Its your radio ground not the car's. I think la. It should be solidly grounded to a good point on the chassis. My Iswara punya is under the handbrake console

I would follow the black cable. But kalau nak senang, hantar kedai je. Then look at what he does....and learn.

Actually, find the black cable (which hopefully is still your earth cable, tap into it and screw the end somewhere to see if it is indeed the offending bit.

dunno the cable price la...u go ask any acc shop they shud have good qualitas cables...oso depend on ur budget...don forget get cable lug oso...and ur (-) car radio shud bolted to metal part/body in ur car...u must gosok2 buang the paint...but depend la at which point u bolted...
