look like you mess up the wiring to ignition and wiring to battery, there should be 3 power wire , one is to chassis should be connect permanent to car metal body to get negative (-); two Positive (+) 1. To ignition coil so when you turn key off radio is off. 2. To fuse, power direct from battery even your key pull out but your radio clock and memory still preserve because the power from this line are direct from battery.
i think wiring for 3 main wire already at its place..i once tried to change red and yellow wire and the result is radio always open nonstop even i dont put key on car..so i presume its already good, maybe grounding fault
