If you think setia sky sputeh... a project where the cheapest unit cost RM2m is not a luxury project but the park projects in bukit jalil is... then by all means continue living in your Pareidolia world...

Lot 15 is not considered luxury by any means especially comparing to true high end luxury apartments with italian marble flooring but it is definitely higher spec than Park 2 and I've already highlighted the points... not sure why you are surprise that I am saying Lot 15 spec is better... either you didn't read my post or just try to ignore everything...

Park 2 total unit is 700+... my mistake on that... I've mixed up Park residence which is the one with 1k units and Park 2 unit count... at least I am willing to admit my mistake...

If these projects are really high end and really luxury that only really wealthy people could afford like Setia Sky... Pavilion Residence... Ritz-carlton residence... then ok lo... hard to refute and their specs are indeed insanely luxurious with italian marble and top notch fittings...

But you are talking about the park projects where spec and fittings also lose out to  properties like Lot 15...Atwater...OPUS KL ... where the specs are TOTO bathroom fittings... Engineered Timber... Niro Tiles... Granite flooring... while Park projects only uses middle end brand bathroom fittings... laminated wood... porcelain tiles etc...how to even compete with those actual luxury one like Setia Sky Seputeh or even new properties at Mont Kiara...
Bottomline.... not saying these projects are low end or cheap like Rumawhip.... but as mentioned many times... it ain't highest end in Selangor or KL but maybe just in BJ area...

Also... as mentioned many times already... look back at my posts... the park projects material used are no where near luxury... can't even beat those that are slightly more expensive range like Lot 15... Opus KL... at water... let alone want to compete with properties which are truly high end with marble flooring and finishing...

again... "don't own a unit" doesn't mean shit... because most didn't want to own one.... many here have already said... at the price point... it is not difficult to own one... people who could afford any property in Mont Kiara or even a RM2mil setia sky park could own 3 units of the park projects... hack... people who could own any middle upper projects like the ones that I have listed earlier could own a park project BJCC.... HOWEVER... it won't be the same the other way round cause people who could own a unit at the park project can't even smell let alone own a unit at setia sky seputeh...

Compare between these 2 specs.... I think it is clear night and day... even blind people also can tell which project spec is higher end...

Porcelain tiles vs Natural Stone/Granite

Laminated wood vs Engineered Timber

Roca toilet fittings vs TOTO (Roca is high end.. don't get me wrong but when it comes to toilet luxury will always be Kohler/American Standard/TOTO)

Bear in mind... The Estate is no where near setia sky seputeh... let alone ritz carlton or pavilion residences... you are literally talking about specs like Italian marble flooring etc at that point...
I think we can put this topic to rest already... if people want to argue there is no luxury apartment in Malaysia... fine... luxury is subjective and maybe you have a super high standard that only a Palace suits your need... but saying the park projects BJCC are the highest end in Selangore/KL with these kinds of spec and price???...      At best the park 2 is middle level specs while projects like The Estate is upper middle level specs...

The park residence is a bit worse though... I've watched iHerng's video and was like WTF... no full shower fittings but instead comes with instant water heater... old school switch... flush panel door      literally the same level as those lower middle level specs like Ryan & Miho... Panarama... Exsim's Damansara Perdana type projects...
