 Gain weight, need advice

Hi guys,

I'm planning to get more weights before hit out at gym.
I'm around 170 with 57 kg. Most probably have high metabolism.
Im planning to have 5 small meals a day to gain weight. Is this possible?

How many meals you eat per day? I read some article about diet, it says 5- 7 meals a day.
But i normally have 3 main meals only, if i eat 5 small meals daily will it be better?

What kind of meat is more protein? chicken and fish is allright?
What you mean by fats? What kind of food that have fats?

3meals a day with rice? Nowadays i eat like lunch and dinner must have rice.
Breakfast mostly bread+butter

So i can have supplement on morning + breakfast.

Lunch and dinner will be normal meal.
