 Gain weight, need advice

Hi guys,

I'm planning to get more weights before hit out at gym.
I'm around 170 with 57 kg. Most probably have high metabolism.
Im planning to have 5 small meals a day to gain weight. Is this possible?

I was lighter than you 6 months back, i ate anything and everything biggrin.gif while not recommended due to unhealthy lifestyle, it definitely helped me gain weight

Bulking la dude, eat more meat+ fats...avoid unhealthy snacks...

How many meals you eat per day? I read some article about diet, it says 5- 7 meals a day.
But i normally have 3 main meals only, if i eat 5 small meals daily will it be better?

What kind of meat is more protein? chicken and fish is allright?
What you mean by fats? What kind of food that have fats?

sirloin beef steaks, satayyyyyyyyy, clean meat.. and of course if you have spare $$$ invest on supplement on mass gainer that have high calories such as Mutant or True mass.

Go for more protein like chicken n meat. Take it as regular. If you are able to go crazy, take rice as regular too. Eat it like 3 times a day. Raise your weight till 65KG, then u r ideal to hit up the bars etc.

Dont go for mekdi etc. Too much excess sugar and salts. No good for bulking. End up too much bad cholesterol.

If really lazy or feel like you can't force yourself to eat much, you can try mass gainers, once in the morning and another in the evening/post workout.
eat normal meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and add supplement meals in between.

3meals a day with rice? Nowadays i eat like lunch and dinner must have rice.
Breakfast mostly bread+butter

You mean protein powder that sells at GNC? if i stop taking that protein powder will my body stops growing?

Dont buy from GNC lor, they damn cut throat, get it from musclemaniaclub or proteinlab which is much more cheaper.

You mean those protein powder that sells at GNC?

So i can have supplement on morning + breakfast.

Lunch and dinner will be normal meal.

Evening time another meal of supplement?

Looks like you're still confused, you just take your regular meals (b+L+D) Then do the mass gainer twice a day, depending on which brand you buy and the scoop size, usually they will write, per serving = 5 scoop or 2 scoop.
If 5 scoop serving like mine (I'm taking MuscleTech) i split it into 2.5 scoop in the morning and 2.5 scoop at night.
