Hi guys,
I'm planning to get more weights before hit out at gym.
I'm around 170 with 57 kg. Most probably have high metabolism.
Im planning to have 5 small meals a day to gain weight. Is this possible?

Go for more protein like chicken n meat. Take it as regular. If you are able to go crazy, take rice as regular too. Eat it like 3 times a day. Raise your weight till 65KG, then u r ideal to hit up the bars etc.
Dont go for mekdi etc. Too much excess sugar and salts. No good for bulking. End up too much bad cholesterol. |
