Why so many owners immediately wanna sell even when they just got VP few weeks ago .......no hope of renting out meh

The layout for the reviewed unit seems off. Such a large unit 1400 sqft and the kitchen area is way too small for a family sized unit. The only recourse is to hack through to the study area but even that is awkward. No chance to put in a wet kitchen also. Can’t even put in a kitchen island as the master bedroom entrance is in the way.

And all the rooms have no privacy. Imagine doing laundry at the yard with the airconds switched on.. good in a way helps to dry the clothes quicker. Weird that one side bathrooms have built in heaters and MB has an ugly exposed heater.

Propcafe recommended ID. Even then it’s not great as the corridors will be too squished in. Really bad feng shui to have a stove or sink facing a room particularly master bedroom. Too much space has been allocated to the living room.

Change of plan. Initially he was planning for a smaller family. Family grew over the years. The unit is rather small.
