These duplex are the high floor for tower 1? I’m surprised developer is outfitting the mezzanine as well as create another bathroom. Was this part of the package or additional?

I've been staying in this vicinity my whole life. Same goes for my wife. Can't see us living anywhere else.

Wanted a safe buy. Nothing fancy. Not looking for bombastic facade like Fennel. Not looking for fancy facilities. Just wanted a decent place where most of the buyers are using it for own stay instead of renting out. Also because it is considerably low in density.

I've been working with property developers for about 13 years and I know Paramount Property has a solid track record.

Our requirements were straightforward: good location, solid developer and family-oriented tenants. Anything else, such as the 3 car park bays, is just a bonus.

With the renewal plan in the pipeline for Section 13, hopefully we will be the early adopters of a new premium address as well.

Atwater was the first development we visited and our gut feeling just told us that this is the right one. We placed a booking without looking anywhere else.

After placing our booking, we went to view Lumi Tropicana and Lumi 13, Ryan and Miho (the worst, in my opinion), Sunway Serene, and South Brooks. Still convinced we made the right choice.

Southbrooks long since VP and has exceeded expectations on all counts including capital appreciation.

Hind sight is 20/20. Interesting to read old comments.

I would like to see the projects here do well but the planning has been lacklustre.

Gone are the days of build it and they will come.

Its not which.

Its neither both when its high density

Mah Sing’s strategy is correct for their target millennial customer. Basic unit and facilities you can brag about. The unit then becomes your responsibility to do up. They just need to work on their building facade design like the Great Wall of Cheras.

The layout for the reviewed unit seems off. Such a large unit 1400 sqft and the kitchen area is way too small for a family sized unit. The only recourse is to hack through to the study area but even that is awkward. No chance to put in a wet kitchen also. Can’t even put in a kitchen island as the master bedroom entrance is in the way.

Propcafe recommended ID. Even then it’s not great as the corridors will be too squished in. Really bad feng shui to have a stove or sink facing a room particularly master bedroom. Too much space has been allocated to the living room.
