To check & to request number reactivation [starting from 25/02/2016], account holder may need to walk in to Maxis Centre only

Effective 25/02/2016 the account holder need to walk in to Maxis Centre for further assistance.

I've been a loyal customer for many many years ( if you check the record).
As i explained earlier, I'm not able to walk into your centre personally because I'm overseas!
Can i call your centre for verification?
I still maintain your service although I'm oversea because I trust that you provide good service to your customer.

Please help your customer when I needed your help.
