I've been a loyal customer for many many years ( if you check the record). As i explained earlier, I'm not able to walk into your centre personally because I'm overseas! Can i call your centre for verification? I still maintain your service although I'm oversea because I trust that you provide good service to your customer.
Please help your customer when I needed your help. appreciate your reply.
