 21yo Female get six packs in 7 months time, Is it possible?

Hello guys,need some experienced peoples to help out here.

Is it possible for a female to get six packs abs in 7 months time?

Currently 21 years old 163cm and 53kg. Unknown Body Fat..

By the way, assuming training and nutrition is on spot, 7 month = 28 weeks, even if she just target to lose 0.3kg - 0.5kg per week, thats easily get 6 packs.

well i manage to see mine in about 5 months. lesser if i my diet was correct from the start (wasted the 1st 2 months). but of course taking into account that guys tend to have it slightly easier on this since we build muscle at a much faster rate (thus helping to boost the metabolism).

So if you're really serious about it, yea can be achieved (saying from the stats you given above). You're gonna have to be mentally prepared

Ermmm....no, female have 6 packs too..

The difference is fat distribution, infact, female tend to have packs easier than male because of fat distribution less on their stomach compare to male.

Hi,

I didn't say female don't hv 6 packs. it just that majority female only have 4 packs.

yes agree. female usually store fat on hip, thighs area while male store fat on their belly area

Thank you so much for your reply guys.

As from the date posted,I had progress in gym for two weeks and do feel that my body is in shape compare to before.


My end goal would be look like as below:

Any girls or guys that have friends have such body?

I would like to cut the time to EXACTLY THREE MONTHS as I am going to island during trip with my friends. how likely it is possible to get the body as above?

I do. no pictures though tongue.gif

She's doing the BBG workout. And her diet is pretty good as well.

u need to workout constantly and eat clean
